UK Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery is £3.99 or Free for Orders over £40. 

Parcels will be delivered within 2-4 days and are sent via a Royal Mail tracked service.

Next Day Delivery is £9.95 per order.

On weekdays, orders must be received by 2pm to guarantee next working day delivery - on Saturdays, orders must be received by 11am. Parcels are sent via a Royal Mail tracked service.

The Post Office is closed during Bank Holidays and any orders placed just before and during these times may be delayed.

Free Click & Collect Service:

Simply select this option at checkout and we'll contact you to let you know when your order is ready to pick up from our Walkden shop.

International Deliveries

All international parcels are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

EU (European Union) delivery charge is £14.99 - delivered within approximately 2-11 business days

Worldwide (Rest of the World) delivery charge is £23.99 - delivered within approximately 3-17 business days

Please note: depending on your order and country's policy, there may be additional fees and customs charges. Some products are unable to be shipped internationally, such as those that contain flammable oils (e.g. room sprays, reed diffusers)

Sometimes things can happen outside of our control that may affect deliveries. We will do everything we can to help with any issues that may arise. Simply let us know either by email and we'll be happy to look into it.

Payment

Payment is accepted by debit/credit card, G Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal.

If an item is out of stock, we'll let you know, and you can cancel your order and request a refund. Alternatively, you can choose an item of the same value as a replacement.

If the shop is closed due to Christmas or other holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing your order. Please contact us for more information if you'd like to check the availability of your order.
