Refund policy

We understand that from time to time, items may need to be returned. Please simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel for more information, and we will arrange this with you. Your returned goods should be in their original packaging and include any accessories that accompany the item.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement. Simply contact us within 14 days to let us know. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

*Unfortunately, we're unable to accept the return of Tarot or Oracle Card sets.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order as long as your items haven't been despatched. We'll refund your money back to your account if it has already been taken. To cancel an order, please phone us on 0161 790 7989 during working hours, or simply send us an email to arrange.

If your parcel is unable to be delivered and is returned to us by Royal Mail or other courier service, we'll refund the cost of the goods and contact you to let you know.

Refunds

Please be aware that refunds for orders paid by debit or credit card can take 2 - 10 workings days to process. Refunds for orders paid by PayPal can take up to 5 working days to process.
